Team Environment

All client charts are available for us to discuss collectively for ideas and potential solutions to bring out the best in each client. Each client gets the benefit of the collective knowledge and skills of all of us, although you may be the one providing the services to the client that day.

The team approach allows each of us to schedule time off, and know that clients are continuing to receive great service.

Income Opportunities

Income is generated through commission from services and tips. In addition, we offer a sliding scale associated with retail sales. Retail products can be purchased in the salon and through our online store - which carries a huge variety of additional products.

Selling retail products should be a natural part of your skillset as a licensed professional. You are helping guide the client with maintaining their hair/beard/nail condition (shampoo & conditioners) & their styling goals (mousse, spray, oils, gels, pastes, etc).

A huge benefit to the online retail store - clients don't need to wait for when we are open to come and make a purchase. For you the professional, you can reach a larger audience that might not yet be an in-salon client.

Community

We look for opportunities to be involved in our community.

We coordinate the annual Lititz Cut-A-Thon, where funds are raised for the beautiful Lititz Springs Park

We always participate in downtown Lititz 2nd Fridays. This is on the 2nd Friday of each month, where businesses offer a variety of family fun activities including live music.

We also participate in Chocolate Walk, Halloween/Family Fall Festival, Lititz Magazine Sales, and others as they present themselves.

Staff accrue PTO (paid time off) in exchange for volunteering their time for these various events.

Every Other Saturday Off

Staff only work every other Saturday. This gives you time to be with your family and friends and enjoy a weekend getaway, or a home project...
